After completing the “Authorization Agreement for Automatic Direct Deposit”, fax it into the Troy office along with a legible voided check. It normally takes 2 payroll cycles to go into effect. You will receive live checks until the direct deposit goes into effect.

Your check will be mailed to the address you provided on your application. If you have moved you must contact our office immediately. UAP also offers a Visa debit card to employees who are unable to sign up for direct deposit. Your paycheck will be available to you on payday without having to worry about cashing your check or wait for your check in the mail.
