Throughout the years, PMSi recruiters have filled all types of, Managerial, Executive, Administrative, Manufacturing, Production and Technical positions. We do have the capabilities to successfully complete nearly any type of recruiting assignment, quickly, and have active candidate databases in many areas. Additionally, we work on a consultative basis providing reference and background checks, resume and candidate screening and other services related to the recruiting and hiring process.
Hiring Options
Direct Hire
We recruit, source, vet and screen our candidates and guide them through the interview process. The best candidate is hired directly by your company. PMSi’s fee is an agreed upon percentage of the employee’s first year salary.
Temp to Hire
We recruit, source, vet and screen our candidates and place employees on our payroll for your worksite. You direct, manage and supervise, as they are under your direct supervision. This is a great option for you to evaluate a candidate, prior to making a hiring commitment, as well as a way to defer the cost of a direct hire. Your company has the option to hire an employee directly after an agreed upon time period (typically 90-180 days) with no additional fee.
Temporary/Contract
We recruit, source, vet and screen our candidates and place employees on our payroll for your worksite for as long as you need them at a pre-arranged bill rate. This can be a one-day contract or an indefinite time period.
